Frequently asked questions.
Do you supply tiles?
Most clients choose and buy their own tiles. We will tell you how much to order, including a sensible allowance for cuts and breakages, and supply adhesives, grout and trims.
Can you tile large-format porcelain?
Yes. Large-format tiles need a flat substrate, correct adhesive coverage and careful handling; we plan for this in the preparation stage.
Do you remove old tiles?
Yes, we can strip out existing tiles and prepare the surface. This is priced separately in your quote.
Do you waterproof showers and wet rooms?
Yes, tanking is included where needed, and your quote will state the system used.
